portrait process

Upload a photo of your pet & place order
Chose the style of portrait you want, then within the chosen style product page, upload at least one photo of your pet for the art to be based from. If you upload multiple photos, our team will choose the best pose or artistically combine the images into one single image.
02.
Sit back while we create your custom portrait
Once we receive your order, our artists will get to work utilizing their knowledge of generative art as well as their graphic design skills to create a truly custom, quality portrait of your pet. We know how excited you are to see the portrait of your beloved pet, so our goal is to have a digital proof of the artwork to you within 24 hours.
03.
Review and approve artwork
We will send you an email containing a digital preview of your custom pet portrait for you to review to make sure we completely captured your vision and the essence of your pet. If you decide that something in the artwork needs to be adjusted, provide your feedback and we will make changes and send more proofs until you love what you see. We will not proceed to print until you approve the artwork.
04.
Your custom pet canvas is on its way
When the custom pet portrait is approved, we apply the artwork to a quality canvas of the chosen size and ship it out to you within 24 hours of the approval. Once shipped, it takes about one week to reach your door.
